Our Athletic Scholarship Program

LAAA is proud to dedicate our first scholarships in the name of Coach Sawyer who retired from teaching and coaching in 2007. In addition to teaching physical education, Sawyer was influential in starting both the football and lacrosse programs at the high school. Coach led the Lancers to five State titles during his 28 year reign as head football coach.

These scholarships will be awarded to a graduating senior Athlete who epitomizes all that is great in Londonderry High School Athletics. The ideal recipient will have demonstrated commitment to the classroom, the playing field, his/her fellow classmates, and his/her community.
